Troubled Skin? Try the 30 Day Miracle Range...

Are you sick and tired having problems like acne, pimples and black heads? Are these breakouts not just on your face, but also on you back and chest?
As a person who suffered from breakouts on and off over the years, I tried various acne, sebum control and blackhead removal products. Unfortunately in most cases it had only a temporary effect and didn't improve my skin condition. In fact in some cases it made my skin more sensitive and dry :(
Then I found the 30 Day Miracle range from Some By Mi. Containing AHA, BHA and PHA, its prescribed in over 1000 hospitals focusing on reviving the strength of skin cells and restoring the skins natural barrier.
So now you're wondering what are AHA, BHA, PHA? Let me explain....
AHA stands for Alpha Hydroxy Acid. These are water-soluble acids made from sugary fruits. They help peel away the surface of your skin so that new, more evenly pigmented skin cells may generate and take their place. After use, you’ll likely notice that your skin is smoother to the touch.
AHAs are primarily used for:
- mild hyperpigmentation like age spots, melasma (Brown/Grey patches), and scars
- enlarged pores
- fine lines and surface wrinkles
- uneven skin tone
BHA stands for Beta Hydroxy Acid and are primarily used for acne and sun damage. These products go deep into your hair follicles to dry out excess oils and dead skin cells to help unclog your pores. Because of these effects, BHAs are most suitable for combination to oily skin. Lower concentrations may be used to help calm sensitive skin. You may also have more success with BHAs if you wanted to reduce rosacea-related redness.
BHAs are primarily used for
- Exfoliating the skin and increasing cell renewal
- Dissolving oil in the pores
- Effective treatment against acne and blackheads
- Anti-inflammatory properties and soothes redness
PHA or Polyhydroxy Acids are the second generation of alpha hydroxy acids(AHAs), which are chemical exfoliants. PHAs gently remove dead skin cells to allow your skin to appear smoother and more even in tone. Polyhydroxy Acid molecules also attract water molecules, which in turn moisturise the skin. PHAs exfoliate in a mild manner and don’t increase your skin’s sun sensitivity. Your skin already has iron, but too much can encourage it to age at a faster pace. PHAs “chelate,” or render the extra iron biologically inactive, thereby purging yet another element that can make your skin appear older than it actually is.
PHAs are primarily used for
- Exfoliating the skin and increases cell renewal
- Locks in plenty of moisture
- Works like an antioxidant
- Ideal for sensitive skin and rosacea
I've been using the Miracle Cleansing Bar, Toner and Serum for 2 weeks now and I can see there's been a visible improvement, especially on my back and chest - Its almost gone! It calms the existing troubles and without adding new problems. My skin complexion is more smooth and more importantly it hasn't dried my skin at all!
While some white head still remain on my chin I'm looking forward to see the results after another 2 weeks of use.
Skin troubles are caused by many factors but for sure it can be controlled by using the right product. I'm happy to share my experience with you and hopefully it may help you too!
