This hydrating toner has an ampoule-like texture and easily absorbs to relieve dry, flaky, irritated and dull skin. This gentle toner that hydrates all day long is perfect for all skin types. Birch Juice, a nutrient-rich ingredient, is full of amino acids, sugars, antioxidants & minerals. It helps retain moisture, restore moisture/oil balance and reinforces the skin barrier. Hyaluronic Acid and vitamin C help lock in hydration while the toner supplies moisture to all layers of the skin. This skin-friendly formula is free of added fragrances, alcohol, mineral oil. Texture is a more dense than water.
