It's really hard to find shops with K-beauty that deliver to Bosnia and Herzegovina and where shipping is not too expensive. Kskin delivers to Bosnia and shipping was 8 euros, they sent the package just two hours after I placed my order, so really fast from their side. It did take a month to arrive and package was stuck in France for two weeks, it could be late due to holidays, but that doesn't take away from positive experience with Kskin.

Nina is so lovely and customer service is excellent. She gave me some great advice and support, responding immediately to any questions I had.
