SKIN1004 Centella Toning Toner is a gentle PHA exfoliating toner that can be used daily to thoroughly improve skin texture. With it's light, watery texture this everyday toner is infused with centella asiatica extract and PHA, a mild exfoliating formula that activates gradually on the skin to gently remove sebum and dead skin cells. Light-brown watery toner gets absorbed quickly into the skin without stickiness. With certified brightening & anti-aging benefits for clear and elastic skin it's non-comedogenic test complete and safe for acne skin and all other skin types.
How to Use: Apply an appropriate amount to either a cotton pad or directly to the palm and gently pat to absorb into the skin.
